Teams, Design Groups and Schedules

Presentation Schedules

Due to the large number of teams and projects this semester, presentations will be done in three sessions. Each team has been assigned to a Design Group designated with letters (A, B, or C), or numbers (1, 2 or 3) below. Design groups are assigned to sessions in each presentation as follows:

Session 1	Design Groups A and 2	Design Groups B and 2	Design Groups A and 3
Session 2	Design Groups B and 3	Design Groups A and 1	Design Groups B and 1
Session 3	Design Groups C and 1	Design Groups C and 3	Design Groups C and 2

This will give you an opportunity see a variety of projects, and participate in each of the sessions. You are required to attend the session you are assigned, and are invited to attend any of the other sessions as an option. NOTE: Session 1 for the Proposal and PDR are scheduled on Fridays from about 1:00 to 3:00. Teams that said they could make at least part of that time on Fridays have been scheduled to that session and it is understood that some members may need to miss a little of the beginnig or the end of the seesion due to classes. I will make and effort to schedule the presentations so that all member will be present and teams should make every effort to attend as much of the session as possible.
