Textbook Problem 4.31. [2 pts] Note that you must change a field in the 32 bit floating point number. For simplicity, your solution doesn't have to check if the multiplication results in overflow.

Textbook Problem 7.7. [2 pts] Note that transfers between the cache and main memory are in "blocks" of memory words (cells). For this problem, it's the simple case of 1 block = 1 word.
